hhhbd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for All Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the hhhbd platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the hhhbd website or associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of hhhbd without exception.

hhhbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hhhbd will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of hhhbd following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with hhhbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hhhbd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you are accessing hhhbd on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and references to "you" shall apply to both you and that person or entity.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the hhhbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The minimum age requirement is absolute and applies without exception.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not have an existing hhhbd account that is active, suspended, or closed. hhhbd permits only one account per person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hhhbd or had an account closed by hhhbd for policy violations.

hhhbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

If hhhbd discovers that a player under the age of 18 has registered or placed wagers on the platform, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment source wherever technically possible. hhhbd takes its obligations with respect to the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of hhhbd services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotions — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules govern the account registration process and your ongoing obligations as a registered hhhbd player:

• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.
• One account per player: Each individual may register and maintain only one hhhbd account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhhbd login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. hhhbd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered contact information up to date. hhhbd communicates important account notifications, security alerts, and responsible gaming messages via the contact details on file. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in you missing critical communications.
• Identity verification (KYC): hhhbd may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point, including before your first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. hhhbd processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

hhhbd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not create any contractual obligation on the part of hhhbd to provide services indefinitely, and hhhbd may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its platform at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hhhbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). hhhbd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard (where supported)

The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals on hhhbd:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your hhhbd wallet.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Withdrawal processing time: hhhbd targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal to original source: Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Wagering requirement: Deposited funds that have been claimed as part of a bonus offer are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unencumbered deposits (deposits not linked to any bonus) may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
• Transaction fees: hhhbd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside hhhbd's control.

hhhbd reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal transaction if the account is under review for fraud, bonus abuse, identity verification, or any suspected breach of these terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

hhhbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered hhhbd players only. hhhbd reserves the right to restrict the eligibility of any bonus at its discretion, including limiting availability by account status, payment method, or geographic location within Bangladesh.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and any game contribution percentages are specified on each promotion's individual terms page. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino and sports betting games may contribute at a different rate.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account balance. The validity period for each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus abuse: hhhbd reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-variance betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotions.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated solely from a bonus (not combined with real-money deposits) is capped at ৳50,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.

hhhbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, except where hhhbd has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been or is being abused.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered hhhbd player, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or financial institutions:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds. Any deposit identified as originating from a fraudulent source will be reversed, the corresponding balance forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant financial institutions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate hhhbd deposit transaction. Chargeback attempts will be actively contested and may result in legal action.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any casino game, live dealer game, poker variant, or betting market to gain an unfair advantage. This includes but is not limited to sharing hole cards, coordinating bets, and match-fixing in betting markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with any hhhbd game or betting interface. All interactions with hhhbd games must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Money laundering: Using hhhbd for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. hhhbd is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Hacking or exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, RNG weaknesses, or any technical vulnerability in the hhhbd platform. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Offensive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, racist, or otherwise offensive language towards hhhbd support staff or other players in any live chat or communication channel associated with hhhbd.

hhhbd's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final. Where hhhbd closes an account for breach of these obligations, any balance remaining in the account (excluding fraudulently obtained funds) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

hhhbd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player has registered multiple hhhbd accounts.
• Self-exclusion requested by the player under hhhbd's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require hhhbd to cease services to a particular player or jurisdiction.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant).

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your hhhbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). hhhbd may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 on dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a concern are strongly encouraged to use hhhbd's self-exclusion tools, accessible from the account settings page. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, hhhbd will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, including blocking login attempts from the registered account. 8. Limitation of Liability

hhhbd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hhhbd makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of its services, hhhbd does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhhbd's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the hhhbd platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hhhbd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from platform downtime, game errors, or technical faults beyond hhhbd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages on the player's end.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any nature whatsoever.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit hhhbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by hhhbd's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

hhhbd takes no responsibility for the content of any third-party websites or services linked from the hhhbd platform. The inclusion of any third-party link does not constitute an endorsement by hhhbd of the linked site or service.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction. By using hhhbd, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through hhhbd's internal complaints process.
